At Beyond Power, we stand behind the durability and performance of our elite sports gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Beyond Power account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the gear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping markers.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
